ASIS (Australian Secret Intelligence Service) is a secret agency of Australian government which came into existence in 1952 and it is having it’s headquarter in the Australian capital territory that is Canberra. It is a secret agency in a real sense as it was a secret for 20 years from its own government. ASIS performs inland and overseas operations to gather information of their political and economic interests from different parts of the world through their agents stationed at several places.
